Reduce arousal. Over-excitement. Barks at dogs on TV

The ultimate aim is for him to be less reactive to dogs when out. Is it excitement? Is it anxiety? Does he want to play? Is it a mix of emotions? He has never learnt appropriate dog manners and his brain is so full of excitement he loses control of himself.

Barking at the neighbours

Whilst it’s unreasonable to expect Brian not to bark at all – he is a dog after all, Brian’s owners are going to take over the protection role. They will also ensure his environment is managed so he’s exposed to as little ‘danger’ as possible.
